Map of the Day: Fast Food

2006_5_fastfood1.gif

Have you ever worried that you're not getting fat fast enough? If so, this Google Maps mashup may be the key to your peace of mind. It's pretty bare-bones right now-- just Burger King, McDonalds, and Wendys-- but there are enough data-points to get you started. Hopefully the author will add all the other fast-food chains soon-- especially the New York hometown favorites-- Ray's Pizza and Gray's Papaya. [Via Kottke.]

There are a lot of fake Rays'. (Hence the Famous Original, Original, Famous, and just plain Ray's).

What we need is a map of TACO BELL locations! Finding those are like finding needles in a haystack.

yeah, none of those bk's in park slope exist. these maps are almost always wrong, time and time again, yet gothamist continues to post them. and this one is especially pointless. we know there are a lot of fast food chains around and we don't need help locating them (if we wanted to).

yeah, let's cross our fingers! can't wait for those additions!

    fucking boring.

I haven't lived in Park Slope for a while, but I don't think there are four Burger Kings there.
