I've lived in Sunnyside for a year now and have seen a huge influx of new legit businesses to the area in that short time. Various ethnic restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc... I say let the guy open his business. If it is a strip-joint, shut him down; he's put his home on the line [per Q-Chronicle] and denies any foul-play. Let him prove himself wrong, and let the investments/interest in this QNS hood continue and grow!
