- Speaking of drunk driving, a senior aide to Pataki was busted yesterday for hitting a parked car and fleeing the scene while intoxicated.

- Robert Ray, the lead investigator in the Clinton-Lewinsky affair after Kenneth Starr (remember him?), has been charged with stalking his ex.

- The City has settled a workfare sexual and racial harassment lawsuit against the Giuliani administration.

- Bloomie has come out against a 2007 MTA fare hike. Good.

- Long Island's Master Planner has stepped down.
