The Daily News continues its Licking Lothario coverage of 23 year old Joseph Weir, arrested for licking women's shoes and feet on subways, with revelations from two victims, one of them approached by him twice (he licked her boots and said "I'm not worthy") and another woman whose ankle was Weir's target. Brooklynite Curly McDimple emailed us to say she had been attacked by a foot fetishist two years ago. As a fellow foot and shoe enthusiast I know that the sidewalks and subways are filled with beautiful women with nice peds.

When I wrestled free by slipping out of my shoe that he had in a deathgrip, he chased me through the train and tackled me to the ground, where he took off my knee high and did God knows what. This happenend to me less than 2 months ago and I was 3 months pregnant. There was no one else around and I feared for my life and the life of my child. The nightmare ended after I broke free and ran to another car screaming for help. He followed me and another woman assisted me just as we were pulling into the last stop. I am glad he was caught. The scariest thing is how young and innocent he looked.
