Jack - that'll last until Kaz starts to suck again. He may be paid alot, but the Mets'll pull him if he starts blowing. The Mets can only hope that Kaz realizes that this is the last year of his contract; the Mets will never resign him, but he's playing for recognition somewhere else. I predict he'll be playing in Milwaukee or Pittsburgh next year for 1.5 mil.

Willie has already stated that Kaz Matsui has the job of second baseman, even when Hernandez comes back from the DL. Matsui is paid too much to have him as a bench warmer.

Hasn't Lima run out his 9 lives yet? I swear this guy has gotten more chances in his career.... of course, he shows moments of brilliance, so it's hard to blame a GM for taken a 1/2 - 1 mil chance.
