<description>&lt;p&gt;My family came here legally.  My grandmother even went back to the homeland to wait for her resident visa after she came here to marry my grandfather (who already had legal status).  They both learned English and they both became citizens.

Everyone keeps talking about the immigrants&apos; rights.  What about their responsibilities?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
