That frat party photo is breathtaking. It's so good it could go in The Onion (the random guy in the background reminds me of the pothead on the podium in the article about drugs winning the War on Drugs)
I thought something was done about diplomatic immunity back in the early 90s when a drunk driving diplomat struck and killed a citizen in DC. I believe it was in the Dupont Circle area. I remember it was a huge deal back then.
