Photography Exhibit: Haik Kocharian

2006_04_artshaik.jpg

Haik Kocharian has an ongoing exhibit that just opened at Gallery Mourlot. Living in New York since 1992, he's an offical local now (after 10 years right?). We, of course, especially love his architecure photographs, which mainly focus on urban structures (example above). Check out some of what he has to offer here, but for the full experience head over to the gallery.

10 years officially makes you a New York City local yokel.

very nice work, but the watermark across the images is really not necessary(kind of distracting and a lame font too), if you dont put full rez images up, which one should'nt, you don't need the watermark silly!

i actually hadn't noticed the watermark. i think it's a good idea for the artist to do that - i've seen friends' flickr photos ripped off for unauthorized use (banner ads, etc.), even at low-resolution.
