<description>&lt;p&gt;Maybe the Bloomie admin can spend a few pennies and plant (and maintain) some trees along the many barren avenues and streets of Manhattan? Those small street segments of Manhattan that have only a few mature trees (e.g. - Madison Ave. in the upper 30&apos;s, Lafayette Street where Bike Habitat is located) are noticeably more pleasant and help to break up the concrete grid.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
