It NEVER works for me. Didn't on Verizon. Doesn't on T-Mobile.

Must be you or your equipment, as I have devices for both networks and it works fast and flawlessly on both.

She goes most of the days once the high season kicks in - scroll down to see her posts from last year.

i use google sms on my verizon ALL the TIME...i've timed the service: it takes 8 seconds to get a response. but sometimes, yes, sometimes, it doesn't give me the info i'm loooking for... last week i used it for an address, a phone number, a stock price and currency exchange rate!

I still find this comment a great measure of google vs. yahoo vs. 4INFO...

“When asked recently for the address of a trendy downtown Manhattan club called Butter, both 4INFO and Yahoo! located it on the first try. But Google sent back results better suited to baking.”
- Wendy Widman, Forbes.com. 8/3/2005

There was also a recent article written called "SMS Search Smackdown" that compares Yahoo and Google: Check it out!
