Do You Want Your Old Job Back?

2006_04_sherb.jpgYou need to really think about that Herb, because if Larry Brown pulls the disappearing act many expect (and some hope for) you will probably get the chance to be the head coach again. You deserve much better than this mess, but how could you turn down the chance to be in charge again?

The thing is, you have witnessed all of this first-hand. You have seen the players quit on most nights. You have watched Larry Brown destroy any morale the team had. Last night you offered this assessment of things after the Knicks lost 98-91, “There should be a lot of regret. If you're not disappointed, you should be doing something else."

Regret is the perfect word for this season. With one more loss, the Knicks will have 60 for the season, the most ever in franchise history. Clearly, they need to start over and rebuild this team from the ground up. Get the overpaid malcontents out of here and bring in some youth. Yes, they will lose a lot of games for the next 2-3 years, but they will have a future. Larry Brown wouldn't stick around for that, but Herb might.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Sell the team, kill jimmy dolan, have a wake.

If the Knicks do not offer a discount or a rebate to season tix holders for next year and you re-up your subscription you're an idiot!
