Mother Pleads Guilty to Offering Daughters for Sex

The story of the white-shoe lawyer and his penchant for underage girls has its first plea deal: The mother of two girls has now admitted to offering her daughters in exchange for money, cell phones, and clothes. The mother, who had been claiming her innocence, .will not have to testify against James Colliton - and avoids a possible 11 year jail sentence for prostitution. Instead, she has been sentenced to 90 days by a judge for child endangerment. The two daughters, who were involved with Colliton when they were underage, will testify against Colliton, who the Manhattan DA's office believes paid many underage girls to spend time with him in a Manhattan pied-a-terre while his wife and family lived in Poughskeepsie.
