This summer Madonna is touring, again! And this past weekend, Brooklyn Vegan checked out how much Madonna tickets would run for her show at MSG in June (part of her Confessions tour). The result for two last row seats on the floor: $748.30! Man, we thought the Def Leppard/Journey tickets were a lot ($75-80/each).
Maybe she'll deejay Misshapes again, or better yet...isn't Motherfucker's 4th of July party around that time...
How much would you spend to see Madonna? And what's the most you've spent on concert tickets?

C'mon, it's not too bad....$748.30 to see an actual re-animated corpse? I mean the scientific research alone musta cost a billion dollars, plus hiring the staffers from Industrial Light and Magic to get her up and running isn't cheap.
What? What do you mean Madonna is still alive? You mean she's NOT a living corpse?!?
Some of you may think we are idiots, but some of us were all too happy to be online this morning to slap down our credit cards for the chance to see Madonna storm MSG again. I didn't pay nearly the top price, but would have happily done so. She once said she knows people pay a lot to see her shows so she tries to give them great theater. After seeing her a couple of times already I can assure you, she gives us our money's worth.
OASIS hardman NOEL GALLAGHER has slammed MADONNA's new album CONFESSIONS ON A DANCEFLOOR as outdated and unoriginal. The WONDERWALL hitmaker insists it's time for the queen of pop to quit the charts because her latest musical offerings, including hit song HUNG UP, sound 20 years out-of-date. He says, "She ran of out ideas some time back. It's all so 80s now."
Oasis at the garden last June what a show.
How can the Gallegher's bash anyone else's music? Their lyrics are complete babble. Can any figure out what they are actually saying? It may be original, but it's total nonsense.
is she trying to get make money back from that failed movie her husband made with her...yikes!
jumping the shark has never been more pathetic!
I'd throw down if i had the cash. The bitch is fierce, you have to pay respect.
Madonna is still alive???
if you've ever been to a madonna concert, you know it's worth it. she puts on an amazing show. and she can dance, for inspiration.
noel isn't even that hard to understand, liam on the other hand maybe a bit. but i think its a bit hypocritical as new yorks to comment on someones accent considering our own. people from the mid west always give me shit about my bronx accent.
Beetlebum, saw Oasis twice last year, in Philly and at the Between the Narrows show on Staten Island. Fantastic shows, i woulda killed to see them in the Garden.
I'm not here to criticize peoples musical choices, but don't you think that Madonna looks and possibly smells a little Formaldehyde-ey?
I guess I'm pulling a Gallagher right now. I wasn't commenting on their accents, I was commenting on the actual words to their songs. They are nonsensical. At least Madonna's song tell a story.
it's all good mt. when i think of songwriters that are storytellers madonna isn't the first person to come to mind. ray davies and bob dylan do jump into my head though right away.
i'm rocking out to acquiesce right now what a song what a bside. nobody comes close to their bside quality, barring the smiths of course.
Good point. Nobody beats Dylan. But how can you beat a genius? Even a Madonna junky can agree on that.
Any word on how fast the tickets sold out yesterday? I'm curious.
