I went last night (Monday) and it was totally worth it; no technical problems whatsoever. Regarding the price, yes it is expensive but there are lots of performers (a kids choir, Harlem choir, De La Soul, Ike Turner, Shaun Ryder, Roots Manuva, Martina Topley Bird, Neneh Cherry, a string orchestra from Juliard, and I'm sure there's more people that I'm probably forgetting..) so the ticket prices have to be a little higher than what you normally pay. Cut your expenses elsewhere (i.e., eat ramen for a few days, don't drink, give up a few concerts) and go see them. You won't regret it

NYTimes gave them a nasty review, although the reviewer was clearly a fan. Apparently, the video screen wasn't working so there wasn't much to look at and the sound sucked.
