Sorry Brightliner, don't slight Senator D'Amato. He was good for NY, good for NYC and good for the U.S. He is a good man with occasional lack of good judgement and amoral in his personal life (his desire for an annulment) but he is overall a good person for a former politician and a nice guy with a good family.

Seriously how is it that in a city with a republican mayor, in a state with a republican governor and more political money floating around than pretty much anywhere, the GOP can't muster up one competent, sane, candidate? It's not like Hillary isn't one of the most politically divisive figures out there!
