Yes, I hope we jump for joy watching animals walk through manhattan so they can be forced to perform for our amusement. I love elephants as much as the next person, which is why I'll never understand how naive people are when it comes to circus.

i know what an elephant looks like, i don't need one forced to march down the dirty streets of NYC. it's funny how people get mad when humans are kept in cages or put on diplay - but have no problem doing so to animals. they are very smart animals and it actually makes me smile when they step on an ignorant human.

I kinda feel bad for the big guys, as well. I'm sure the air in that tunnel isn't exactly the cleanest for them to be breathing in. I can barely stand if I have to open the window for a split second...
