followup = follow up
Follow up (verb phrase) = follow-up (noun)

No soup for you!

hi #7 Flushing,

the concept is that the tollgate attendant just won millions from the daily news and can afford to be a jerk and get his sorry ass fired. i think the tag is something like, "how will you choose to get fired?" it says a lot about what the daily news thinks of their readers when they assume that, once they have some money in their hands, their readers will choose to be obnoxious bastards to others.

Best headlines ever? You're kidding, right? Their headlines make me a little crazy. And the best part is I bet they think they're clever when they come up with them. (Speaking of "They" I want to meet the headline writing committee at The Post. I want to meet the people who say "Yeah! THAT'S BRILLIANT!")

One favorite of mine, at least the one I can remember off the top of my head, is the one that read: "COLLISION IN THE OUCHFIELD." after two baseball players collided.

But I have to admit, it's really funny seeing them fight with one another.

Used to be a daily News buyer until the ink smudges started to get on my nerves, also I started to get my news on the web. Still get the Sunday News though.

I get the Post for laughs, Sports and Gossip They have the best headlines ever!

Does anyone get the Daily News giveaway commercial? It's the one where the guy in the yellow Lamborgini drives up to the toll gate, at which point he tosses out some bills as the fall to the ground. The toll gate attendant lifts the gate and then has it crashes on the hood of the Lamborgini, then continues to repeat it. I'm quite clueless, can anyone fill me in?

KRAMER: You got money?

GEORGE: No.

KRAMER: Do you have a woman?

GEORGE: No.

KRAMER: Do you have any prospects?

GEORGE: No.

KRAMER: You got anything on the horizon?

GEORGE: Uh...no.

KRAMER: Do you have any action at all?

GEORGE: No.

KRAMER: Do you have any conceivable reason for even getting up in the morning?

GEORGE: I like to get the Daily News!

I buy the Daily News for the comics.
I wouldn't buy the Post until Rupert and his minions leave.
