That's not making mozzarella--that's forming it, and it's cheating. It's analogous to opening a tube of Grands and telling everyone you made biscuits from scratch. It's not that hard to really make mozzarella--you need milk, citric acid, Junket tablets, and a microwave. You can find the directions at leeners.com.
