That's a pretty freak picture of him. I don't know which is more frightening, his one eye. or his close relationship with the mayor which allows his dept to get whatever they want.

FedEx trucks are left idling? Maybe in rural areas but not in the city where a drivers route is not really a route but probably a street or buildings. Can you imagine just delivering packages for one large office building. Sounds like a good way to get it stolen.
