I believe every time Cutler defended John Gotti Sr., he got him acquitted. They used to refer to his cross-examinations as Brucefixion.

'Course, if you have a couple of jurors in your pocket, your track record will tend to improve.

The feds were so scared of Cutler at one point that they charged him with conspiracy (which was later dropped) just to get him off the Gotti team. Gotti got another lawyer and was promptly convicted and sentenced to life. Gotti may have had some jurors, but the Feds has Sammy Gravano.

As charismatic as Bruce Cutler is, has he ever gotten a mob boss or hitman off?
