<description>&lt;p&gt;I bought the Shun Classic for Christmas and am VERY happy with it. 
It sounds cheesy, but, chopping is actually fun now.
Be careful though, I cut my finger pretty badly when I tried to remove an avocado pit using the &quot;knife method.&quot; Bad idea. Use a spoon.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
