Early Addition
Last night's Project Runway Reunion special was so good: Montages, dirty looks, incomprehensible babbling, serious weight loss (thank you, John Wade - you look great!), and Tim Gunn! Some things we noticed, wondered about, and loved:
- Daniel Franco got fat and looks sorta like Robert Smith; and what's with his ugly Rolling Stones tongue jacket?
- The "Time elapsed" clock showing that Andrae's episode 2 (the Clothes Off Your Back challenge) freakout last just under 10 minutes. 10 minutes! (and Chloe cried while watching it!)
- The producers should totally come out with a DVD of contestants' singing
- Zulema, as annoying as she is, did look really good - and we loved how her former model Rachael said she would have walked better for Z if she made "bangin'" outfits
- Guadalupe being the only one to admit she loved Santino...and to be the only one who seemed totally cracked out when she was asked a question
- And Zulema's second personality, Shantangie? Not a surprise
- Marla still seems pathetic and Daniel's attempt to make her seem less pathetic actually made her seem more pathetic
- It would have been fun if Raymundo had stuck around longer - he seems totally fun
- When the final three came out, didn't it seem like people were clapping in that "Sarcastic Family" clapping sort of way?
- Michael Kors can be really bitchy (god bless montages) and who knew Nina Garcia was scared of Santino?
What did you think of the reunion special? We can't wait till next week's first part of the Olympus Fashion Show challenge - and why did they make Chloe cry? Gothamist will try to have our Project Jay post up later - it was a long night!

What the hell happened to Guadalupe??? She seemed beyond wasted--painkiller/alcohol cocktail? How excruciating! By the end she seemed barely capable of keeping her eyes open.
Oh man, the musical had me in tears, especially Santino and Nick's song about Daniel Franco.
Also, I still love Daniel V., but he is not the sweetheart we all thought he was. More and more, they are catching him on camera giving these dirty little looks.
Did you notice Guadalupe tried, without much success, to start a SLOW CLAP at one point? Raymondo is great fun, but looks a bit like street trade to me. And I have to say, I like John Wade bigger. But I do like 'em thick.
It was a good but not amazing reunion. I can't wait to hear what you say about project jay!
As a recent convert and now addict to Project Runway, I thoroughly enjoyed the reunion episode...but not as much as I enjoy walking around and saying "AAAHHHNDREEE."
What about the moment where Tim joked about Daniel Franco returning for season 3, and Daniel was like, "I'd love to," totally seriously. And then he said, "I love you, Heidi," in a very very stalkerish way. And Heidi was all visibly freaked out.
It was awkward...and WONDERFUL.
I love to hate Santino...But last night, I loved loving him!!! The montage of his Tim Gunn impressions had me laughing out loud. If I had TIVO I would have kept rewinding the bit where he was robot-Tim and puppet-Tim. Too much fun...and the song he and Nick sang was great. I could have watched on hour of them singing and saying Andre instead of watching the reunion..and did anyone notice how quiet it was when Daniel Franco told Heidi he loved her? Was I the only one who noticed how WEIRD that was???
I think that weird "I love you, Heidi" moment refers back to the moment between them during the lingerie episode. I thought it was kinda orchestrated back then, and I definitely think it was orchestrated this time around.
Santino is so funny!
I think Daniel will win.
Definitely a more entertaining reunion show than what other reality shows tend to offer. Once again Tim Gunn makes the show, easily handling Guada-looped. Could Daniel Franco be any creepier towards Heidi?
Daniel's, "I love you Heidi" was the most awkward moment of silence. I love how she completely pretended not to hear it... and the look on his face when he said it!! C-R-E-E-P-Y! No wonder he keeps coming back!!
Santino's Tim Gunn impressions were great, but he and Nick's duet was da best!
*I vote Tim Gund for C-3PO! Emitt as Swing understudy and possible obei 1 Kanobi. Marla ( chewie) and Kara Princess Leaha, Shantagi as Dark Vader and Santino for Hans solo.

and Heidi's look post- Franco "I love you... priceless, pupils enlarged like a dear in headlights!
I LOVE ANDREEEE The musical , Santino Riffs into Gregorian chant/ Billy Joel ( red background) and Andre into Negro Spitritual homage to "Swing Low , Sweet chaRiot" solo. I can't take it ANdre the new Napolean! I love it!
Zulema is so damn self righteous, with her walk off- "im trying to help you evolve" bitch rhetoric. I aint know she was Dee from whats Happening!
Dan Franco (shaking my head), where did you go' whoa whoaooo!!?
i didnt like him in the first season, but this season, and especially last night, I've been getting a woody for Tim G...along with a slight streak of jealousy about the whole Andre/Red Lobster scene.
Did anyone see the Project Jay immediately following?

oh god I think I watched this episode about 6 times ..no joke. I didn't even care just wen they show andre's faces and the musical I seriously think I died of laughter. my favorite is santino doing a robot of tim gunn. he's hilarious. oh god zulema needs to be hit or something she's so obnoxious. and daniel franco is super scary. andre..is andre haha I love hime thouu and all the rest of them are kinda boring idk lol but the reunion is the BEST episode..I was really surprised about the the finale yesterday though. weird oh well.
