Be Nice

Be Nice is a free art show and party that takes place at Orchard Bar every so often, with apparently a pretty good sonic backdrop. This week's theme is "On My Bedroom Wall" - a collection of personal items from the bedroom wall including objects and images of inspiration, photographs of favorite memories and past-times hung salon style.

We've been looking around our walls to see what we'd bring if we were participating. Probably this photograph someone we know took after Hurricane Katrina hit. We had it framed in old barnwood.

So come by tonight and see what city dwellers having hanging on their bedroom walls. If you need some more motivation there will be free "insert mysterious alcohol here" at 11:30pm and $6 Bud & Whiskey shots all night! Apparently you'll also have a shot at winning some stuff, including a 40 hour gift certificate to a tanning salon. Goodbye winter paleness!
