Actually, your story was exceptionally well written (especially for Gothamist); had good sentence structure and even a word or two that was longer than two syllables.  And the only word spelled wrong was &quot;Hoar.&quot;  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I should have a job that does not let me enjoy a hobby???  That&apos;s harsh.

Normally the frost is more crystal-like but this does look like mold.  Coming down the stairs a few minutes ago (yes, I do check Gothamist as soon as I get home), I saw that the steps are where the air flows out of the joints.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
