<description>&lt;p&gt;I remember reading how the guy who built the Williamsburg Savings Bank Building made it so tall because he was speculating that the skyscraper boom would make it&apos;s way through Brooklyn and he wanted to be ahead of the game. I wonder if he&apos;s still alive to see that he was right after all.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
