Brace yourselves -- February at Artisanal is not for those with high cholesterol or lactose intolerance, but the rest of us can enjoy an entire month of melty, cheesy goodness. Want something stinky? The tallegio with beef tips on the 27th. Spanish? Go for the manchego with piquillo pepper and smoked paprika on the 10th. Can't decide? Try the 100 Cheese Blend on the 15th. February 6: Piedmont Wine Dinner at Hearth
During the month of February, join the folks at Hearth for weekly wine dinners, each focusing on a specific region and paired with dinner. February 6: Island Malts of Scotland Tasting at Keen's Steakhouse
Taste the single malts of Scotland's Inner Hebrides and northern islands in celebration of "Robbie Burns Night." Malts from Bowmore, Ardbeg, Highland Park, Tobermory, Arran, Caol Ila, Laphroaig, Bunnahabhain and Bruichladdich distilleries will be featured.
