Taste the single malts of Scotland's Inner Hebrides and northern islands in celebration of "Robbie Burns Night." FYI, lactose intolerant people CAN eat cheese (well most cheeses). When a starter culture is added to milk, the bacteria converts the lactose into lactic acid.
