New York drivers aren't much better. I mean, I give them tremendous amounts of credit for being able to drive in the city, but put them in Jersey and they sputter along in the middle lane of Route 80 doing 45 miles an hour.

Well the plate can be traced and if the car has damage, then that may be enough. And why the New Jersey hate? What has New Jersey ever done to you?
