I am working in the kitchen since I was in high school at the age of 15. after finishing culinary school here in Israel and my army service I worked for 4 years in france out of which I spent one year with Michel Saran in Toulouse, 2 years in Payard patisserie in Toulouse and one year in a "3-etoile" restaurant in Bourgogne????. Ever since my return to Israel I work as a caterer and provide for the desserts of 15 restaurants. I would be delighted to be exposed to new trend and thought your place might be a good idea for a short stay of a fortnight
