We're always promoting the native photographers and painters of New York City-- but we've been remiss in not giving enough attention to another indigenous art form: cake decoration. Our third birthday is coming up on February 8th-- maybe we should commission a limited edition Gothamist cake-- with pandas, a skyline, a bust of Jerry Orbach!
