<description>&lt;p&gt;i happened to see this post while looking for something else...the Willis Avenue Bridge is not also known as the Third Avenue Bridge. This is because it is actually connected to First Avenue, not Third Avenue. The bridge at Third Avenue, as far as I know, is called &quot;The Third Avenue Bridge.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
