So how does one get to roam around without getting either arrested or attacked by the occasional wild dog?
So not terrifying! Actually, the hospital is in pretty good shape. It's not truly abandoned, as it is cared for by the yard. I think the better term would be a ghostly vacant.
The trick to getting in without being arrested is to get a tour. :)
if you have to ask how to get in somewhere without getting caught, you shouldn't even be going there.
