We wrote a little while back about the Brooklyn funeral parlor that was illegally selling body parts for use in transplant surgeries. Now, a New Jersey man is suing several tissue harvesting companies over a bone graft he received, which was obtained without getting proper permission or undergoing appropriate testing. Such tissues are normally scrutinized for infections such as hepatitis and HIV. The man is also concerned that the bone may be too weak if it came from an older person. Speaking of which...
