Genocide 2. Murdering a Police Officer or other peace officer or civil servant in the line of duty. Officer Enchautegui was considered to be in the line of duty because he strictly adhered to the rules of the NYPD in his actions. It is a shame he did not have his vest at home. It's sad to think that two numbskulls looking to further numb themselves ended up murdering a police officer. My condolences to the families of Officer Enchautegui and also to Officer Dillon, also murdered for all the wrong things.</p>
