- You didn't believe us about Santacon 2005 but as you can see from the above cut up panorama of Santa's marching in Midtown it's oh so real. Still don't believe us? You can catch them RIGHT NOW at Metro 53 on 53rd and 2nd Avenue...

- A young russian woman studying at Baruch was found stabbed to death in her elevator last night.

- There is a new, more descriptive Braunstein wanted ad. Oh, and in case you are interested, dude really didn't like his pop.

-The Post says that the TWU wants a 20% raise (uhm, yeah, and we want a panda...). Meanwhile the Times looks at the financial burdens of a strike.

-Finally, Bloomberg says he wants same-sex marriages in New York.

Breaking SantaCon Update: they've reached the Village. I'd guess upwards of 60 Santas are at the McDonalds on St. Mark's as I type.

Umm...these people cart us around all the time, and we don't want to pay them well? Give 'em the raise. It's a better use of the surplus than a piddly discount here or there.
