    If you're opening a French restaurant at least get the grammar right. It should be "Le Tableau" as nearly all words ending in -eau are masculine and should be have the appropriate article.

    Actually, it's quite common for restaurants in NYC to Americanize "prix fixe" to "pre fixe" I see it on boards outside of restaurants all the time.

    Not to be that annoying grammar person, but I have to ask--do you mean to say, "prix fixe"? French... for "fixed price"?
