Wow, they ARE rude! Woman Removed from Under Manhattan Train Dec 2, 2005 11:28 am US/Eastern (1010 WINS) (NEW YORK) A woman fell under a northbound F-train at Canal Street and East Broadway -- causing F-trains to be rerouted to the A-Line. New York City Transit said the accident happened at 8:59 Friday morning. It was not clear if the woman fell, jumped or was pushed. Northbound F service was rerouted to the A-Line from Jay Street, Brooklyn to West Fourth Street, Manhattan. The fucking retarded bitch was transported to Bellevue Hospital.

Insensitivity? Maybe. But it is their responsibility to report delays. They just worded it wrong. And in a fast paced city such as NY, they had to stick that bit of info in there. I was on a train in Tokyo when someone jumped in front of our train and was killed. But there was no sympathy from the commuters on our train; rather they were cursing the slain person for making them late. But I guess it happens so many times they become numb to it. Just my two cents
