<description>&lt;p&gt;The city should definitely legislate against paving over lawns. If you don&apos;t want a lawn don&apos;t buy a house with one. It&apos;s getting out of hand in fab Flushing, with not only lawns getting paved over but perfectly good houses being razed for brick Fedders Specials.

It may be your property but there are the greater esthetics to think of: other people have to see your house besides you.
