<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, that&apos;s just not going to happen. Parks is not going to &quot;just put the whole project on hold for now and come back to it in a few years.&quot; Without a fight, they will move the fountain and shrink the area and start on the path to turning the park into a quad for NYU that&apos;s up for rent so they can pay for the renovation. And they&apos;ll do it soon. And once they do, the park is ruined forever.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
