So the tables are turned; an MTA employee is made to wait, and this is what happens? Why couldn't the MTA employee just understand that "We have a red signal/another train crossing in front of us/ a sick passenger/ brakes in emergency; please be patient?"

The M103 has been using the Park Row bus route for a while now.
