Giants-Vikings Preview

2005_09_sgiantslogo.jpgThe Minnesota Vikings haven’t gotten any duller despite trading Randy Moss in the offseason. Their coach has been reprimanded by the league for scalping Super Bowl tickets, the players are under investigation for a boat cruise that turned into a pornographic romp and their star quarterback is out for the year. Not surprisingly, they have only won three games on the field this year and are 0-4 away from the Metrodome.

The real danger for the Giants is to look ahead to their battle with Philadelphia in a week and take the Vikings lightly. If they can avoid doing that, they should easily handle a Minnesota team that ranks in the bottom third of the league in both offense and defense. The Vikings will have trouble containing all the Giants playmakers and Gothamist predicts the Giants score early and often in a 38-17 win.

good thing the giants don't have cheerleaders otherwise the game might turn into an all out sex romp on the sidelines.
