Stupid Dumb Broken ATM Receipt

A few months back, we were getting some cash out of an ATM machine down on the Lower East Side, and we got a receipt with this really weird message on it. Whenever something like that happens, we think of Mark Hurst, who runs the This is Broken weblog, so we sent the image to him.
