CXB Goes Back to Jail

(Either I’m a criminal mastermind with the finest defense lawyers in America (nope), or else Morgenthau and Bloomberg are doing what they’ve gotten caught doing thousands of times before: FALSELY ARRESTING PEOPLE and FALSELY PROSECUTING people, especially critics of govt and media.) (See: Critical Mass.) (See: RNC) (See: Colin Moynihan) (And none of you can deny this: if I beat the NYPD on over 20 occasions, that---by all definitions on earth---makes ME "the finest", doesn’t it? If I beat the "Finest" 100% of the time, then none of you can honestly call them "the finest"!!!! DUH!!!)

"Oddly enough", the previous 20 arrests were all proven to be false (and many times the charges were dropped after they basically tortured me in Central Booking overnight, where they "forget" to feed you, and use a multitude of sleep deprivation techniques that even Bush’s State Dept list as "torture").

NONE OF YOU CAN EVEN PRETEND THESE ARRESTS ARE LEGITIMATE OR THAT I’VE BROKEN ANY LAWS, since juries don’t simply acquit me---they were quoted in the mainstream press calling me a "hero" and said I was
"very honest, very intelligent, and very nice" (totally contradicting what most of you have said about me!) and I’ll wager $300 against ANY of you that I win this arrest too. (No takers? Exactly. Not one of you sincerely trusts your crooked govt, but you refuse to admit this publicly.)

mean MY lawyer is getting paid by the same govt trying to railroad me? America’s awesome! Liberty and justice for all!) (Or at least those who can afford a lawyer who has incentive to win your case! Yet even with the worst lawyers, I STILL beat Goliath every time! Jess is pretty good, however.)

I realize many of you dislike me b/c I expose daily how corrupt you in the media are, but you can’t keep KILLING THE MESSENGER. (Saltonstall and Tom Robbins both insulted me like children for my Maggie Haberman email, yet when I asked them to name ONE false fact they couldn’t, because I didn’t make up that Maggie covered up City Hall’s crimes and YOU ALL KNOW THIS. So STOP KILLING THE MESSENGER. I report the TRUTH, and unfortunately that is mostly negative.

Nevermind CIVIL LIBERTIES.

You all should be furious that Morgy and the NYPD have spent MILLIONS OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS on over 20 FALSE ARRESTS (not to mention the $50,000,000 you spend each year to settle lawsuits because the NYPD is a
corrupt organization). It hasn’t even worked as a bully method to shut me up! It jqst turns me into more of a martyr and folk hero. (The last jury said "we need more people like CXB" and that "If CXB was in Germany in 1933, Hitler wouldn’t have risen to power"!! THAT SHOWS YOU HOW EVIL I AM! )

YOU paid me $35,000 in 2003 for a false arrest while Rudy and the cops got away scot-free!

IT IS NOT OPEN TO DEBATE: 100% OF RANDOM NEW YORKERS WHO HEAR BOTH SIDES HAVE UNANIMOUSLY SAID CXB IS RIGHT AND MORGY, RUDY, AND THE NYPD LIED ABOUT CXB.

(We even videotaped jurors after my trials saying these things if you doubt me.)

Rudy’s OWN (ex) press secretary COLLEEN ROCHE admitted UNDER OATH that they FAKED my arrests and yet WAYNE BARRETT and the rest of you still say "I believe the govt is NOT lying about CXB and that the charges
AREN’T false, and I refuse to acknowledge that history completely proves CXB right and the govt wrong".

I WOULDN’T NEED TO BE AN ACTIVIST IF YOU PEOPLE HAD DONE YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE, exposing govt evil.

DO ANY OF YOU CARE WHEN A FELLOW JOURNALIST IS FALSELY JAILED.

Well, if you didn’t care when the NYTimes Colin Moynihan was falsely arrested, there’s no way you’ll care when it happens to a less sympathetic reporter like me.

"When they came for CXB, we didn’t do anything. When they came for me, no one was left to defend ME!"

EVEN MORE IRONIC: I’m quitting politics in ONE FRIGGIN’ WEEK. If they want to shut me up, or get me to leave corrupt govern-media alone, ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS LEAVE ME ALONE!

But the NYPD has always been a bunch of uneducated, counter-productive goons on behalf of a City Hall that’s been caught in THOUSANDS of crimes!

THE CONSTITUTION IS DEAD. AMERICA IS DEAD. DEMOCRACY IS A JOKE.

And none of you care.

Now, let’s see how many dirty tricks they pull once they have me in handcuffs. They’ve done hundreds of
SUPER-CORRUPT stunts in the past----cancelling my bail AFTER it’s been set and paid to keep me in jail indefinitely!---removing my right to a speedy trial which will humiliate Bloomberg and Morgenthau RIGHT BEFORE THEIR ELECTIONS, by telling a judge one witness----who is a witness in a TOTALLY UNRELATED ARREST BY MY LANDLORD!!----was out of the country!---sending me to Rikers on a phony 730 psychiatric remand (AFTER their shrinks said I was not a danger to anyone!) so I did 11 DAYS before they’d even discuss bail!!!!----17 days in Rikers on a phony "summary contempt" charge that even Spitzer’s office AND the Appellate Term UNANIMOUSLY said was ILLEGAL---and many more horror stories about a super-corrupt group of crooks.

And none of you care, do you?

No wonder you pay $500,000,000 a year to settle ALL the lawsuits against City Hall corruption!

Wouldn’t you rather that money go to schools or such?
