The renovations for the building look outstanding. Who ran that operation. I cant wait until the next time I visit NYC. I will definitely be checking it out.

I went up today. It was fantastic, albeit a bit hazy. Also NBC/GE were hogging the Queens side and the upper two levels for the dedication ceremony. My pictures are here http://www.flickr.com/photos/mihir/tags/topoftherock/

I thought the deck would be right up your alley, as it was a part of NY that was closed and forgotten. Anyway, it's a cool experience, and a lot larger spatially and interactively than the Empire State which costs more.

Nice, but the view costs $14! Well, somebody has to pay for Katie's $15 mil per year. With MOMA going to $20 per visit, I'll stick to walking around with a camera, till they find a way to charge $15 for that. www.forgotten-ny.com

The view from what I have seen on TV leaves me breathless ... NY City and the "Top of The Rock" is a must do. I beat during Christmas it is most beautiful.
