The Michelin guide is a joke. Each restaurant is accompanied by a tiny paragraph with descriptions so generic it is essentially useless.

V Steakhouse is officially closed? Not to be pesky, but I doth protest solely on the basis that I could not independently confirm it. Where else has this been reported? Last I checked, people were speculating but the official V-S PR line was, "We're not closing."

just a quick correction...Babbo only received one star, not two. and how do you figure that Batali gets a star for the Spotted Pig? Just because he is an investor?
