That house is owned by Peter Haquez (aka Sunny). The upstairs is rented to the artist Enrico Salazai, who is better known for his incredible gallery events that dot Chelsea from time to time. I wish people who thought they were in the know knew anything. By the way, the next hot area is the South Bronx... if you don't know what I am talking about you obviously haven't tried to rent a 3000 sq. foot loft as a studio recently.

Actually it is a Balzano house, but not Sunny's. It is his brother's, Ralphs. I don't think Ralph actually lives there but uses the first floor/garage for cars, cards and hanging out.

Used to be that there was an artist who lived on the second floor, but I don't remember his name. Perhaps he made it.
