- This hasn't happened in NYC (that we know of): A Texas cabbie sprinkled his poo on food at a grocery store
- New Yorkers are starting to worry about home heating bills, during this week of mild weather
- And the sweet smell that worked its way into our olfactory nerves last Thursday is still a riddle wrapped in a conundrum enshrouded in mystery

Interesting that Mayor Mike would pay monitors.

In NY, traditionally, monitors DO intimidate minority voters with great questions like:
Can you really Vote? If your not, you could go to jail!

Typically, it intimidates immigrants who CAN vote but get frightened.

Several years ago there was an incident reported in the papers about a lowlife squirting fecal matter at a Manhattan salad bar.

The Alpine Gourmet Deli on 8th ave circa 2001 was the place where the homeless guy dumped his liquid diarrhea and urine and mr hankey all over the hot and cold food bar. It was in the papers. Oh and rumor had it he did it a few times before they caught him. I can only assume this happens routinely at delis across the city.

This story always seems to resurface in various forms. How did Gothamist miss this, cripes? For example, in the Post:
