Has anyone else noticed those flourescent lights that seem to be pulsing in the subway stations. I noticed it at the 50th station and at first thought I was just really tired or something. Then one day I walked into the station wearing sunglasses with polarized lenses and noticed it was really a bright streak of light pulsing through the bulb. Maybe the MTA got a bad batch of bulbs.
