<description>&lt;p&gt;Yup, the 2006 MTA bond issue will bring us a 2nd avenue subway.  Just like the last...five bond issues?  Six?  Bueller?

Here&apos;s an idea: how about the people who got caught running two sets of books at the MTA get fired, an independent auditor goes over every penny they&apos;ve spent in the last 5 years, and then we think about giving them more money to play with.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
