Two Swf files sending data

I have a one.swf file and a other.swf file both running on the same php page.
Can I click a button on one.swf file and have it change something on the other.swf file?

For example:
i click on button i one.swf

Well, that's all...

Joe, a bit touchy on the subject, perhaps? Study after study shows that breaks througout the day increase worker productivity and office morale, and a lot of comapanies now offer break rooms, massages, even nap areas. If they're okay with it, maybe you should give it a try too.

Or is it that you're a manager, and you're not happy with the way your employees behave? Maybe the problem is you, not them...

it's not up to you choose your own "paradigm"... and the fact that the work might not be ready to be delivered into your precious hands until – gasp – 10 minutes after you saunter in and grace the office with your presence is irrelevant.

when you own the company, you can adopt whatever philosophy you want. until then, you play by the rules of the person who signs your check.

maybe there's a reason behind the bosses motivations that you're not aware of. maybe they have a little experience with this stuff and they know that many people – given the opportunity – will slack off and that it's far easier to have a "one size fits all" rule even if it does "punish" (in quotes because you ARE at a job, remember?) those who are more diligent.

Too many bosses adhere to the old paradigm that every nanosecond you're physically in the office should be spent at work, and when you're away from work, you should be thinking about work.

Read a blog, such as

www.forgotten-ny.com

and blog yourself. You need a minute or two away now and then.

I work part time for a newspaper. If I'm late for some reason the owner squawks -- even though, due to logistical stuff I won't get into here, the work may not be ready for me until 10-15 mins after I arrive. I adhere to a looser paradigm: get in a little late if necessary, as long as the work is done.

We work way too hard in the USA. In Europe, there's a lot more time off, with benefits. Viva la France.
