ART: Tonight, one of those "only in New York" events takes place. The Pony Project is inspired by every girls favorite toy, My Little Pony. Oversized versions of the toy will be transformed by a unique group of women. Among them are illustrators, graffiti artists, fashion designers, photographers and more.

CON: From the creators of Santacon, comes Zombiecon! Dress up as the undead, walk stiffly, drink bloody mary's and scare the hell out of tourists. This is a participation only event as "spectators will be eaten."

ROLLER DERBY: NYC's First All-Girl Roller Derby Championship Bout! It's tonight! And it's ending this season of all girls roller derby. The Manhattan Mayhem will battle the as yet undefeated Queens of Pain.
As an extra bonus you'll be able to enjoy the following features after the girls battle it out...a hula hoop dance troupe, a video installation by Sera Rogacki and an open skate afterparty with DJ Neil McCoy.

MASQUERADE: We usually only check out the dog costume contest in Tompkins Square Park, but if you're up for some Times Square chaos then check out the first annual Times Square Dog Day Masquerade.
